CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

For participation in the conference it is necessary to submit an application to the organizing committee for obtaining the contract and invoice for payment. 100%prepayment on the invoice is a confirmation of participation in the conference.

* Including all taxes, excluding bank fees. Due to the instability of the foreign exchange rate, the prices indicated in EUR, USD may be revised in accordance with the exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine at the time of invoicing.

Registration fee payment includes:

- participation in all days of the conference of one representative of the company

- obtaining a portfolio of conference materials, including a collection of conference materials, an industry publication «Fat-and-Oil Complex», advertising and other additional materials

- placement of business cards in the conference catalog

- coffee breaks, lunches, gala dinner

- assistance to the organizers in establishing business contacts before and during the conference

- individual consultations of leading experts of fat and oil industry

The cost of the registration fee does not include the cost of travel and accommodation

The cost of correspondence participation includes:

- placement of the company's business card in the conference proceedings

- purchase of conference materials (printed version of conference catalog and presentation of reports in electronic form).

To buy additional copies of the conference catalog, which includes printed versions of reports of conference participants, poster presentations, business cards of conference participants, analytical information, you can contact «Expert Agro». The cost of 1 copy is: $20 / EUR15

Discounts are available:

- 5% for the second and more participants from the company

- Staff and students to research and educational institutions (in agreement with the organizing committee)

PROGRAM OF ACCOMMODATION OF PARTICIPANTS

Accommodation of participants is provided at the venue of the conference at special prices.

Booking of rooms for accommodation is carried out through the conference organizing committee after payment. Until November 3, you must finally confirm the reservation of accommodation and make payment. If there is no payment before the indicated date, the availability of rooms is not guaranteed.

Terms of application and payment terms:

Applications for participation are accepted until May 11, 2019 inclusive.

Terms of payment - 100% advance payment on the invoice issued by the organizer according to the application of the participant.

A participant may refuse to participate unilaterally. Refusal to participate in the conference is accepted only in writing, certified by the signature of the head.

Refund in case of refusal to participate in the conference:
- until April 14, the organizer returns 80% of the paid amount
- from April 14 to May 2, the organizer returns 50% of the paid amount
- after May 2, the paid amount is not refundable
