ABOUT THE HOTEL COMPLEX «BRATISLAVA»
In 2012, for the Euro 2012, the whole hotel complex «Bratislava» was completely reconstructed
On October 2, 2012, the Bratislava hotel was awarded the Gold Medal «Quality Mark 2012» in the nomination: «The best three-star hotel in Kiev in servicing the final part of the European Football Championship 2012».
The favorable location of the hotel near the intersection of traffic intersections is ideal for guests arriving both by air and rail, and by motor transport and provides an opportunity for comfortable access to exhibition and trade centers, parks, theaters, entertainment complexes, architectural and historical monuments.
HOW TO GET TO THE HOTEL

- 10 km from the city center (15 minutes)
- 25 km from Borispol airport (30 minutes)
- in 15 km from the Central railway station (the underground - 20 minutes, without transfers)
- in 17 km from the airport Kiev (Zhulyany)
- 5 km from the river port (car - 7 minutes)

To order a transfer, you must provide the flight number, time and place of arrival, name and surname of the participant.
PROGRAM OF ACCOMMODATION OF PARTICIPANTS OF THE CONFERENCE
The Organizing Committee of the Conference will book seats in the Bratislava Hotel and accept payment for accommodation. Accommodation services for conference participants are provided at special prices (see table below).
Reservation of places is carried out only after payment of the registration fee and confirmation of participation in the conference.
Special prices for accommodation of conference participants are valid only from May 29 to June 1, 2018:
November 13, 2018 (after 14:00) - arrival and accommodation of participants
November 14-15, 2018 - working days of the conference
November 16, 2018 (before 12:00) - eviction of participants
The cost of parking the car in the parking lot is 20 UAH per day
Terms of payment for accommodation at the hotel:
Payment for accommodation is made to the settlement account of the organizers no later than 10 days prior to arrival. In the absence of payment for accommodation until May 19, 2018, the organizers cancel the reservation request and do not guarantee the availability of seats.
Conditions for cancellation of the application for accommodation in the hotel:
The application for accommodation can be canceled by the company only in writing to the organizing committee of the conference by e-mail or by fax at least 10 days before the settlement.
If the cancellation request was made later than May 19, 2018, payment is not refundable.

Accommodation rules in the hotel:
Check-in time is 14:00. Estimated time is 12:00.
If you stay at the hotel for less than 24 hours, you will be charged for the full payment day, according to the established time of settlement and the estimated hour at the hotel.
Early settlement from 00:00 to 06:00 and late check-out after 18:00 to 00:00 is paid additionally in the amount of 100% of the cost of one night stay.
Early settlement from 06:00 to 14:00 and late check out until 18:00 is paid additionally at the rate of 50% of the cost of one night stay.
